I have nearly 20 years of experience in recruitment. As Operations Director at Navis Consulting, part of the STR Group, I am fortunate enough to combine my passion for the marine industry with my expertise in talent acquisition and strategic growth, ensuring success in maritime and crewing sectors. I enjoy keeping up to date to with marine industry trends, particularly in the leisure sector and travel to as many boat shows as possible, filming content for my social media channels. Outside of work I am a mum to 3 girls, Maddison, Indigo and Aspen. I am a runner and a national league hockey player. My commitment to leadership, innovation, and industry knowledge sharing enable me to be at the forefront of marine recruitment and media.
